After much prayer and contemplation about a heat/air replacement system, I saw a television ad for Wilmington Air and decided to contact them regarding replacing my 29 year old system that was not working properly anymore. I spoke with one of the ladies in the office who was very nice and arranged for Caleb (Sales/Project Manager) to reach out to me the following day. Caleb was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. One week after Caleb came by my house, my old system was gone and a complete new system installed. Thanks to all the employees who were involved in the process. They were all professional and friendly. Thanks to Jimmy and Virgil for removing the old system and installing the new system; Howard and his partner for their help in installing the new system; the employee who delivered the unit and Tim (electrician) for their services. I was impressed that Wilmington Air has a quality control employee (in this case it was Cody) who stops by after all work has been completed to verify that everything is properly installed and working correctly. Cody who was professional and friendly explained everything he was doing and was very impressive. Finally I want to thank Caleb who went out of his way to make me feel that my business was important to Wilmington Air. He is an exceptional Sales/Project Manager. I knew that I had made the correct decision as I had conversations with Caleb during the process. Caleb was the first and last employee from Wilmington Air that I spoke with regarding my business. He was a pleasure to work with and should be commended for showing that he really cares about his clients and Wilmington Air. While prayer and an television ad by the owner of Wilmington Air was the beginning of the process for me, Caleb was the "magical" piece of the puzzle by just being himself. He was the same each time I saw him or spoke with him. Again, thanks to everyone who made this process as painless as possible in the worst temperatures we have had this winter. I would highly recommend Wilmington Air.
